About us

The University Medical Center Göttingen, located in Germany’s “City of Science”, is embedded in the city’s attractive

network of scientific research facilities.

 

We seek an experienced Psychologist with excellent statistical proficiency for our outcome research (e.g., health-related,

quality of life, psychosocial) in children and adolescents after traumatic brain injury and other diseases. The successful

candidate should have excellent statistical knowledge (psychometric: classical and modern methods, biometrics), as well

as experience in handling large data volumes. Command of R is indispensable, knowledge in M+ etc. desirable. Solid

history of publishing and conduct of complex studies are important. Experience in acquisition of funding is an advantage.

 

Excellent command of the English language is mandatory. Proficiency in German is an advantage. Also, cooperation

in national and international research consortia is a given.
