Applications are invited for one Research Associate and one Senior Research Associate to work with Dr Teodora Gliga (University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK) and collaborators at University of London, to investigate the interplay between language access and conceptual development in hearing and deaf infants, using state-of-the art brain imaging (EEG) and eye-tracking methods. These posts are ideal for researchers drawn to tackling challenging theoretical questions that have real world applications. Researchers that are deaf and/or fluent in BSL are encouraged to apply.

You will be working within a friendly and passionate team of researchers and specialist teachers. You will develop new paradigms that capture learning outside the lab and new measures of conceptual knowledge in pre-verbal infants. Not only does UEA Psychology have a thriving research culture, but it is part of an award-winning lush campus and close to the amazing Norfolk coast.
