The Department of Psychology at the University of Notre Dame invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor. The successful applicant will have research and teaching interests in neurodevelopmental disorders that complement existing strengths in our department. The specific area of expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders is broadly defined, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disorders, dementia, Alzheimer’s and other intellectual disabilities studied from a developmental perspective. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining an active and productive research program capable of attracting external funding, supervising doctoral research, and teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Teaching and research interests that contribute to a newly created undergraduate major in Neuroscience and Behavior is also desirable. The position will begin in the Fall term 2020.
