I am recruiting a PhD student to put forward for a scholarship covering fees and stipend at the University of St Andrews. The student must be a national of one of the Development Assistance Committee countries (http://www.oecd.org/dac/stats/daclist.htm), and be ready to start in January 2020. The student will work with me in economics, as well as colleagues in psychology and population health, investigating the effectiveness of an early child development programme in Tanzania. The student must have a Masters degree in economics or other social science, and must be able to demonstrate Masters’-level quantitative analysis skills.
