Sponsor and Exhibitor Registration Instructions

To register as a Sponsor and/or Exhibitor for the 2026 Cognitive Development Society Conference, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Click here  – https://my.confmanager.com/community/14/login
  2. Select ‘Exhibitor Login’
  3. Select ‘Create Exhibitor Profile’
    • Enter company name and email address
    • You must create a contact; this will be the person responsible for the booth registration
  4. You must validate your email address before you can proceed
  5. Select ‘Register Booth Now’
  6. Check your information and update as required. Then select ‘next’
  7. Please choose between ‘Exhibitor’, ‘Exhibitor and Sponsor’, and ‘Sponsor’. If you do not want to take advantage of any of the sponsorship opportunities, please select ‘Exhibitor’. This will allow you to book your booth or tabletop.
  8. Choose between 8’ x 10’ Booth Space or a 6ft table top.  Note, table top opportunities are only available for Non-profit organizations, institutions and publishers.
  9. Select Booth option
  10. If you do not require a booth, please tick the ‘No Booth Required’ option.
  11. To select your booth/tabletop, select ‘Booth’ or ‘Tabletop’ from the dropdown box then click ‘Choose Booth’. Click ‘Save’.
  12. Click ‘Next’
  13. If you chose “Sponsor” or “Exhibitor and Sponsor” earlier in the form, the sponsorship opportunities will now be displayed. If the item you’d like to sponsor isn’t listed, it means another organization has already sponsored it.  Should there be something you are interested in and not listed in the prospectus, please contact us for further discussion.
  14. If you know the name of your booth representatives, please enter them on this page by clicking on ‘Add Registrant’. Otherwise, we will follow up closer to the conference to ensure your booth representatives are registered appropriately.
  15. If you are adding your stand attendees, you will have to ‘Add User’.
  16. Once you had added your first booth representative you will be able to add any others on this page by selecting ‘Add Another Registrant’
  17. To continue with your Booth Registration, select ‘Booth Checkout’
  18. Choose your payment option and accept the terms and conditions, then click ‘Submit’

    You will then be able to ‘Download Invoice’ on the next page.
